We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we’re here to help! Below you’ll find all the details you need about returns and exchanges for your order.
Returns Policy
As a small business, we aren’t yet able to offer refunds unless the item is faulty. However, we’re more than happy to offer exchanges for another size or colour to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange the product must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
With all tags still attached.
Returned in its original packaging.
How to request an Exchange
Contact Us: Please get in touch with our customer support team using the contact form or at dae@daeclothing.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Ship the Item Back: Once you receive your return authorization, simply pack your items securely and ship them back to us using the return address provided.
Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we’ll ship your new size or colour within 3 business days. You’ll receive confirmation once your exchange is on the way.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of damaged or faulty products.
Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable, unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we’re truly sorry. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll provide a free return label and process a full refund or exchange for your damaged item.
International Returns
For returns from outside New Zealand, please contact us for further details, as shipping costs and return procedures may differ.
