We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. However, following the first two weeks of each drop please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.

Please allow 2-3 working days for New Zealand and 5-10 working days for Australia

We currently only offer international shipping to Australia.

Please reach out to us using our contact form if your are outside New Zealand and Australia and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your hoodies journey.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact our team within 7 working days of receiving your tracking. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund if necessary.

As a small business, we aren’t yet able to offer refunds unless the item is faulty. However, we’re more than happy to offer exchanges for another size or colour to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

Yes, we offer exchanges! If you’d like a different size or color, please initiate a return for the item and place a new order for the replacement. You can also reach out to us directly if you need assistance with the exchange process.

To return or exchange an item, please visit our Returns Page and follow the instructions. You’ll need to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 7 business days to process and issue your refund for any faulty item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Our hoodies are unisex and offer a regular fit with a drop-shoulder design for added comfort. For a true-to-size fit, we recommend ordering your usual size. If you prefer a more oversized look, we suggest sizing up.

Our hoodies are made from a thick, cozy blend of cotton and polyester. The fabric is designed for warmth and comfort, making it perfect for layering or wearing on its own during colder months. It’s soft, durable, and ideal for those who want that extra cozy feel.

To keep your hoodie looking fresh and feeling soft, follow these simple care guidelines:

• Machine Wash Cold
  Wash your hoodie inside out in cold water to preserve its fabric and color.

• Hang Dry or Lay Flat to Dry
  Do not tumble dry. Instead, hang your hoodie to dry or lay it flat to preserve its shape and prevent shrinkage.

• Avoid Bleach
  Do not bleach your hoodie to protect the fabric from damage.

• Iron on Low Heat (If Needed)
  If needed, iron your hoodie on a low heat setting. Avoid ironing over any printed or embroidered designs.

• Do Not Dry Clean
  For longevity, we recommend avoiding dry cleaning.

Placing an order is simple! Just browse our website, select the items you'd like to purchase, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready to check out, click on your cart and follow the prompts to complete your order.

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly, and we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase. If you encounter any issues, reach out to our customer service team immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

At checkout, simply select your preferred payment option and follow the prompts.

We don’t currently offer Afterpay but it is something we are hoping to add in the near future.

We’re dedicated to supporting those facing mental health challenges and providing motivation for anyone who needs a little extra strength. Our goal is to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and inspire individuals to keep going, no matter what they’re up against.

We donate 5% of all hoodie proceeds to mental health organizations that provide support and resources to individuals in need. Additionally, our designs feature motivational messages to inspire strength, progress, and self-belief.

We want to involve our community in the process! After each drop, we’ll ask you to help us decide which mental health and motivational organizations to support next. We believe in giving our customers a voice and working together to support causes that matter most to all of us.

Our products act as daily reminders to stay motivated and prioritize mental well-being. By wearing them, you’re not only supporting the cause, but you’re also helping to normalize conversations around mental health and personal strength.
